Why I Created This Program

My name is Anna "Anita" Balazova and my interest in health and wellness has started since I was a child. My parents had many medical and herbal self-help books for improving overall health and different conditions. However, as my parents started to age, their health started to deteriorate. I have tried different products with mixed results, until I discovered water ionisers. Since my parents got one, they started to drink more water and many of their conditions improved. However, once they started to feel better, they started to slip back into old habits and some of their previous health problems retuned. I also noticed this pattern in people trialling ionised water, discouraged by the lack of quick results.

This made me realise that even the most expensive product won't solve your health problems if you lack the right habits. That's why my focus shifted from promoting a product to helping people build healthier habits. Even the most superior water won’t improve your health if you don’t drink enough of it and continue consuming the wrong drinks.

Some people are aware that they lack good wellness habits but struggle to make the transition on their own. While others are completely unaware, they are doing something wrong and how many health problems they have because of it.

That’s why I created my 6-week program to help people build better hydration habits for life. Since many people fail despite having all the tools, I included a session with strategies for identifying patterns and habits that hold them back. Only then do we move to rehydration strategies and the connection between conditions and dehydration. Since people can easily slip back into their old habits, I included daily accountability support for those who need it, along with tracking and awareness tools.

During the first session we’ll activate your inner health and vitality identity, helping you embody the believes and habits of a healthy person.

Your identity impacts your actions, consistency, work approach, expectations, and boundaries. We'll start by identifying your current counterproductive mindset and habits. Then, we'll focus on establishing the desired mindset and habits to bring you closer to your wellness goals through a set of simple strategies. Learn how to hydrate effectively and choose the best water sources.

We will dive into tips and routines for maintaining sufficient hydration and mineral balance. You'll understand how much water you should drink based on your weight and what are the best times to drink water to enhance bodily processes.

You'll become aware of market trends and marketing exaggerations related to some water options. You will gain a better understanding of why you should avoid consuming chlorinated water and the side effects it can cause.

Session 3: Acidosis, & pH Balance
Understand how drinks and food impact your health.

We will cover the causes of acidosis and alkalosis and explain which health conditions make you more prone to these issues. Many people mistakenly believe they can develop acidosis or alkalosis solely from the drinks and food they consume. However, this couldn't be further from the truth. People often overlook which organs are involved in the body's pH buffering processes and what actions you should take if these organs are not functioning properly.

We will discuss the connection between the pH of drinks and food and their alkalising and acidifying properties after they are metabolised. You will gain clarity on how the pH of your drinks affects your overall and dental health, along with tips how to enjoy your favourite beverages without compromising your health.     Those with poorer health might require more time to see significant changes. Maintaining results requires consistency, which is why a 6-week accountability support is a key part of my program.

    How can you guarantee my results?

    The goal of the program is to provide training, resources, and support to help you build healthier hydration habits so you can achieve your desired wellness goals.
    Those who follow and implement what they learn should start seeing positive changes during the program. However, it is impossible to guarantee specific timeframes for people of different ages and health levels.
    I am here to guide and support you on this journey, but I cannot do it for you. Many people have achieved results through the hydration method.

    I am very busy. What is the time commitment for this program?

    There will be four live Q&A sessions for more personal interaction and support. Replays of each session will be available if you cannot attend.
    Each module is around 60-90 minutes, which you can watch at your convenience. The program includes printable resources to help you reach your wellness goals. You'll be encouraged to complete several resources during your first week and track your water intake daily.
    While filling your water tracker may take 5-10 minutes each day, completing other resources might take longer.
